Shipment of your order

In general, orders from the Online Shop or in the Special Edition are shipped within five days of receipt of payment. We will provide a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment and if contact the carrier for more details if needed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the total weight and volume of the package. Rugs measuring less than 4 m² and shipped internationally will have an additional freight surcharge of €40.00. For custom rug orders, we advise you to group all your items in a single order. For separate orders, shipment costs will be applied to each one individually. 

We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment has been received, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The rugs are well wrapped, and your items will be protected.
